By practicing what we preach, we’ve created a really great place to work. As well as standard stuff such as holiday, pensions and caring for the environment, check out the additional benefits of joining our Purple tribe:
Get things done, make a difference, benefit personally and as part of a team
Feedback and individual plans from before you even start with us, continual opportunities to learn, grow and advance
We love a party and make sure important milestones don’t go unnoticed. On a really good year, we might jet off to celebrate in the sun.
Have your say plus internal comms to make sure you know what’s going on and how you can contribute
Nice people do nice stuff, all requests for volunteering welcomed
Strong, embedded, honest and meaningful; we look for people whose values align with ours
Opportunities to take on challenges and responsibilities, developing as we do; learn on the job and via our Purple Wiki, you won’t be sitting in lots of standard classroom sessions though!
Free private healthcare after one year
Work for inspiring people who believe in ‘growing our own’, trusting people to get on with it
For season tickets and more
Monthly in-chair clothes on massage for optional recharge and de-stress
Access to internal and external mentors, learn how to become one
We’ve helped four Purple people set up their own businesses and many others onto stellar careers elsewhere, many of our people choose to stay with us though
From free fruit and stuff in the office to Friday drinks and beyond, we value generosity (though we’re not silly about it)
Tax-free way to save a minimum of 25% on the cost of a bike via Cycle scheme
We're a business powered by its people so after two years’ service you’ll qualify for our share option scheme
Discretionary annual profit share, after one year of employment
Your well-being is important; we offer subsidised membership to Fitness First gyms

Was looking for a role where he could implement his own process to ensure outstanding quality with our Talent Toolbox technology which he did very successfully resulting in 50% less traffic to the helpline. His initiative, drive and ability to see the big picture were quickly recognised which led to rapid promotion to QA and Product Manager.
