The working world around us has changed, and is changing, dramatically. Businesses across the UK have to have the right employees in place for their company to succeed in this difficult climate. As a result, people management and productivity have strongly come into focus, with employers investing more in L&D to ensure their workforce is capable of delivering the excellent service needed to survive.
