Last night, people engagement specialists, Purple Cubed, were awarded the inaugural HR Supplier Partnership award at a glittering awards ceremony held in London.
Hosted by online HR news source, Personnel Today, for the first time ever the importance of the relationship between suppliers of products and services and an HR client was recognised.
Commenting that Purple Cubed “truly works in partnership with a business to deliver long-term sustainable results”, the judges focused on the organisation’s work with De Vere Hotels and Village Urban Resorts, who took home the prize for best employee engagement in the over 1,000 employees category. They were impressed with the V Happy People Project which saw the creation and implementation of a vibrant employer brand and cutting edge HR technology to deliver significant bottom-line results.
Jo Harley, Lead Director at Purple Cubed comments:
“We’re thrilled to have been recognised for our partnership-led approach and to have won the inaugural HR Supplier award. For us, the only way we can truly deliver sustainable results is by firmly getting under the skin of an organisation, working as one towards the same goal.
“Our approach is different to that of a ‘typical’ HR consultancy; unconventional, yet proven to help organisation create a contemporary, bottom-line driven HR strategy. We’re proud that for the second time this year we have been awarded for this style and been recognised as a business which delivers real results. It’s an absolute honour.”
This award adds to a successful year for Purple Cubed, who were also recognised as the CIPD’s UK HR Consultancy of the Year at their awards ceremony in October.
